Text description provided by the architects. The building is designed as a homogeneous volume, dictated by the urbanism concept in the business zone. The building is comprised of functional space to accommodate all clients needs arising from the company several fields of activities – warehouse space, workshops, educational and office premises.
The building represents an “intelligent house” model, being equipped with all the latest installation technologies, therefore serving as well as a “showroom” of the clients’ basic business activity. This structure enables the client to present the whole scope of “in line with rational energy consumption ecological standards” facility management to his business partners. The design is built around this concept – simple volume with large glass surfaces. The exposed corner of the building, furbished with vertical strips, is directing the observer towards the heart and the brain of the building – IT server room and the management offices.
The roof of the building shows its two faces – a photovoltaic power plant on one side and a terrace garden as a relaxation island for the employees on the other.
The interior design based on the grey-black combination is a reflection of the basic philosophy of the client, using the intelligent and expedient approach in securing the best possible working environment for the employees.
